Description
A heavy and finely made pair of cufflinks with an openwork floral leaf design typical of jewellery from the Art Nouveau period. Double sided with chain connections in 18 carat yellow gold with an old brilliant cut diamond centre. The gold has a particularly fine soft patina.
Measures 13mm across.
