Description
A Christofle silver plate five piece tea & coffee set in the "Mansart" design, Louis XVI style.
Set comprises 8 cup teapot, 8 cup coffee pot, cream jug and lidded sugar bowl and large two handled rectangular tray.
All pieces are fully marked for Christofle.
Item is in good condition - used, but very lightly. Wonderful soft silver patina, freshly polished and hygienically clean and ready to go. This is a slightly older set, so the tray has some very minor marks to the surface, and the pots have some very light plate wear to the extreme edges, and the occasional dent commensurate with age and use - please note that this set is not new, and almost 100 years old!
