Description

A stunning heavy weight vintage sterling silver 2 piece hip flask.

This premium quality heavy weight piece features a large size, with all over engine turned decoration and with detachable cup. The unusual angular corner has a swing arm with bayonet fitting.

There are no monograms or initials, and the thick gauge of silver would suggest that the main body underneath the cup would suit personalisation.

Comes unboxed.

Markings: Fully hallmarked for .925 sterling silver, dated Birmingham 1939. Sponsor's mark of A Wilcox. 235 grams in weight.

Size: Measures 4 1/2" (11 cm) tall, 3 1/2" (8.5 cm) wide and 3/4" (2 cm) deep.

Condition: Item is in excellent condition, professionally cleaned and polished, ready to go. Some very very slight signs of use commensurate with age - please see images above.
