An excellent example of a sterling silver Christening mug.
Made in the 17th century style, sponsor's mark of George Fox, the mug features 4 leaf headed ball feet and a heart shaped terminal to the end of the curved handle, attached to the gilt interior body.
Weighs 195 grams.
Item is in vintage condition, no splits, with a nice soft silver patina, very few signs of use commensurate with age and use.
