An excellent example of a vintage sterling silver hip flask.
This flask is a more compact size, with engine turned panels to the front and reverse. The bayonet cap levers off, revealing the gilt finish to under the arms and mouth. Slight kidney shape. Comes without the original box, but supplied with one of our grey velvet pouches.
Markings: Fully hallmarked for .925 sterling silver, dated Birmingham 1948. Sponsors mark as per images above. Weight of 80 grams.
Size: Measures 4" (10 cm) tall, 2 3/4" (6.5 cm) wide.
Condition: Item is in excellent condition, cleaned, polished and ready to go. Some very very slight signs of use commensurate with age - please see images above.
