A very fine High Carat Yellow Gold (tested) and Platinum (tested) Diamond and Sapphire Jumping Frog brooch, set with 6 Sapphires in a line surrounded by 33 single-cut Diamonds, with a small Ruby (untested) for each eye, all on a High Carat Yellow Gold gold pin.
