Bright cornflower blue natural sapphire weighing 0.95cts (calculated 7mm x 5mm x 3.4mm) with a trilogy of elongated old mine cut diamonds to each side (0.60cts) mounted in 18ct yellow gold (tested) notice hand carved scroll work to gallery and design to shoulders. Head size 8.5mm x 16mm. English circa 1880. Currrntly finger size R (U.S 8.75) easily sized up or down. Lovely vibrant colour, envy to all.
