Description
A pair of late 19th century French drop earrings, crafted in 18ct gold and dating to the 1880s.
Each earring is set with two luminous and spherical cabochon cut amethysts, approximately 24 carats.
The larger stones are framed by a beautifully detailed millegrain and engraved gold band.
Hallmarked with the French eagle’s head and a maker’s mark. Drop length: 33mm. Diameter: 12.5mm.
