Raised claw set with a "Heart shaped" Natural Untreated Sapphire weighing approximately 1.01 Carats, along with a "Heart Shaped" Diamond weighing approximately 1.10 Carats, assessed as a K Colour and SI2 Clarity, all on a fine 18 Carat White Gold "Twist Shank".
