A very fine Vintage 18 Carat Yellow Gold (stamped) Peridot and Diamond Cluster Ring, English Circa 1950.
At the heart of this captivating mid-century piece sits a radiant, centrally raised claw-set oval cut Peridot of approximately 4.5 Carats (un-weighed).
Its lively botanical green hue is framed by a glittering halo of eighteen Old Cut Diamonds, totalling approximately 0.95 Carats (un-weighed), which lend a soft, historic fire to the design.
Artisanal craftsmanship from around 1950 shines through the warm glow of the stamped 18 carat yellow gold mount.
The ring bears minor, honest traces of wear to the Peridot commensurate with its age and long history, adding to its authentic character.
