An excellent example of a High Carat (tested) Yellow Gold "Old Cut" Diamond & Ruby Tortoise Brooch. centrally set with 0.78 Carats of H - I Colour, VS - SI Clarity Diamonds and surrounded by 1.10 Carats of medium Purplish/Red Rubies with indications of a slight level of heat treatment observed (commensurate with the development of Ruby treatment levels achieved in this period).
Accompanied by an Independent Gemmologist's report confirming the above.
