A very fine High Carat (Tested) Yellow Gold and Silver Tipped Oval Ruby and Diamond Cluster ring, centrally "Rub-over set" with an "Oval Cut" Natural and Untreated "Siamese" Ruby weighing 1.20 Carats (un-weighed), surrounded by seven "Rose Cut" and six "Old Cut" "Pave Set" Diamonds (13 in total) with an approximate total Diamond weight of 1.05 Carats (un-weighed, assessed as per our Moe Gauge).
