A very fine 18 Carat Yellow Gold (tested) Platinum Tipped (tested)Diamond Cluster ring, centrally "pave set" in Platinum in the shape of a Hexagon with 7 "Old Round Cut" Diamonds. The Shoulders are set with 3 "Modified Step Cut" Rubies each in Platinum, leading down to an 18 Carat Yellow Gold shank. All Millegrain edged.
