Description
 A fine panel of Late 18th Century hand-woven silk & wool Aubusson tapestry, mounted as a hanging and framed by a later dupion silk mount and edged  with a braided border. 
A tree top and shaded foliate design; an extract (at some point,) saved from a larger piece.
A Velcro receipt has been fitted to the top of the reverse (for hanging purposes).
Over-all: 152 cm x 37.5 cml.
Panel minimum of 137 cm x 24.5 cm.
Condition commensurate with age, some minor earlier repairs and restorations.
