No offers please on this one its a rare beast of a watch! This Omega 2808-3 is a Jumbo / Oversize, big for the era and to be honest a big watch for todays world at 40mm.
Gold plated case with a snap on caseback this watch was produced around 1954 and to be honest it shows! natural discolouration and patina to the dial, scratches to the case and a replacement crown at some point however with all that said its original (other than the crown and strap) and in fine working order.
Off white colour dial originally there is pitting throughout, gold coloured indices and hands with a sub sidary seconds dial above 6. Gold plated case has scratches and makes and some rubbing.
Operating from a calibre 266 manual wind movement. New brown leather strap.
The dial could be refinished the case polished but to us its best left as it is or down to the next owner to decide what they wish do with this rare oversized watch.
