Description
A fine mid Victorian 15ct yellow gold brooch featuring three polished cabochon garnets. The deep wine red stones have a lovely internal glow, set within a sculptural framework that is meticulously hand engraved with delicate botanical motifs.
Measuring a substantial 6cm by 3.5cm, the piece retains its original safety chain and a soft, historic gold patina. Its scale and rich colour make it a striking statement piece, particularly beautiful when worn on the lapel of a structured winter coat. In excellent antique condition throughout.
