Description
A very beautiful "Art Deco" Platinum (marked) Ring centrally "Rub-over set" with a "Modified Step Cut" Diamond, assessed by an independent Gemmologist as being of 0.75 Carats (unweighed), F Colour and SI1 Clarity. The graduated stepped shoulders have also been set with 6 Natural Sapphires which have been estimated as being of 0.52 Carats (unweighed) with indication of Thermal Enhancement; four of the Sapphires are "Rub Over Set" & "Calibre Cut" and 2 Sapphires are "Rub Over Set" & "Modified Step Cut".
This beautiful ring is accompanied by an Independent Laboratory Report outlining the above assessment.
It should be noted that slightly treated or moderately treated Sapphires are often commensurate with Gems produced in Jewellery manufactured post 1915.
