A beautiful antique 1913 rose gold 5 diamond snake ring crafted in warm 9ct rose gold. Designed as a coiled serpent wrapping around the finger, the stylised snake’s head is set with five graduated old-cut diamonds. The sweeping head crosses over the substantial triple-band body, creating a wonderfully sculptural design with plenty of presence on the hand. The interior carries a full set of English hallmarks: 9 and .375 for 9ct gold, the Birmingham anchor and date letter O for 1913. The ring weighs 6.2g and can be resized. The diamonds are round Edwardian diamonds totalling to 0.20cts, they are colour G-H and VS1 in clarity.
