This antique solid silver Chinese sewing kit was made during the late 19th Century.
A unique set of two ends (including a thimble) screwed together reveals an internal compartment with spools.
The set is decorated with an embossed floral blossom design on the plain end, and the thimble has a small band of floral decorations towards its base.
