A Belle Époque diamond and platinum heart pendant and chain, set with an old-cut diamond, in the centre, in a rub over setting, with a surrounding cluster of pear shape petals, set with old-cut and smaller rose-cut diamonds, in grain settings, with an old-cut diamond set fleur-de-lys below, with a diamond set foliate design either side, forming an openwork heart, with millegrain edges, mounted in platinum, on a removable decorative chain of filigree links, with old-cut diamonds in square settings, connected with trace links, fastened with a bolt ring marked IRID PLAT, on a dropping, opening bail, circa 1910. The approximate total diamond weight is 12.00 carats.
