Description
A pair of Belle Époque diamond and platinum lorgnettes, featuring pavé set rose-cut diamonds, in the millegrain edged platinum handle, with a column design of three rows of diamonds, in rub over settings, in openwork, flanked with pavé settings tapering to two rows, divided by a band, with a plain platinum loop at the end and a foliate design capital and pierced, openwork sides, with a pair of lenses, with rose-cut diamonds set all the way round and across the bridge, with a spring loaded mechanism and a button on the side of the handle, circa 1910.
