An exceptional Edwardian 10ct diamond tiara, which can also be converted into a necklace, beautifully crafted in silver and set with approximately 10 carats of diamonds. The elegant design features an intricate arrangement of scrolling motifs, delicate foliate details and graduated diamond-set uprights, creating a wonderfully balanced and graceful silhouette. The tiara is adorned with Edwardian transitional cut diamonds of varying sizes, with larger stones rising above the elaborate openwork design and further diamonds forming a continuous sparkling border along the base. The largest diamond is 0.65ct, all the diamonds are G-H in colour VS2 clarity. The combination of finely worked silver and sparkling diamonds captures the elegance and craftsmanship of Edwardian jewellery. Ingeniously designed to be worn in two ways, the diamond section can be detached from its tiara frame and converted into an elaborate necklace with a 8.5″ diamond highlighted chain that can be elongated upon request. The tiara is held securely onto its original fabric-covered frame by a tension mechanism, allowing it to be removed without altering the jewellery itself.
