Lovely geometric sapphire and diamond dress ring with an oblong Royal blue sapphire surrounded by a row of diamonds and an outer border of platinum milgrain collets with rounded corners. Head size 18.5mm x 15.5mm. Engraved gallery in 18ct yellow gold and shank. American circa 1900. Currently finger size P (U.S 7.75) 0.80cts old cut diamonds. Sapphire calculated at 0.41cts.
