Description
A finely made fleur-de-lys brooch from around 1900, set in silver-upon-gold. The upper and lower petals are carved from moonstone, which has a soft, milky glow that shifts as the light catches it. The scrolled side petals are set with diamonds that sparkle against the cool moonstone. Three circular-cut Sri Lankan sapphires add a touch of deep blue.
The brooch measures 3.1cm x 2.4cm.
It weighs 7.5 grams.
