Description
A luminous French bangle from the Belle Époque era, crafted in 18 carat gold and set with a delicate rhythm of old cut diamonds and cabochon moonstones.
Made around the 1880s and hallmarked with the French eagle’s head, this piece reflects the quiet opulence and grace of the period - designed not just to impress, but to enchant.
The moonstones glow with that soft, ethereal sheen only the finest examples can deliver, while the old cut diamonds offer subtle flashes of light in between.
The openwork gallery, visible from the reverse, speaks to the level of craftsmanship rarely found outside high French ateliers of the time.
Measuring 1cm in width with internal dimensions of 5.8cm by 5cm, it’s beautifully balanced, bold enough to stand alone, yet refined enough to layer.
The clasp closes securely and is finished with its original safety chain.
Presented in its box, it feels every bit the heirloom it is: romantic, sculptural, and full of light.
Available exclusively at ELTONS, Grays Antique Market, Mayfair, London.
