A rare Victorian five-strand trace-link necklace, crafted in 18ct gold and dating to circa 1850–1860. The fine, interwoven chains create a beautifully fluid drape, combining a delicate appearance with a substantial feel when worn. Finished with an engraved 15ct gold clasp. These early multi-strand trace-link necklaces are increasingly difficult to find, making this a particularly special example of Victorian gold jewellery.
