A very fine example of a late 1940's vintage Omega, not the cheapest that is for sure but finding another one of this condition and quality will be hard, you really are paying for what you get. Nice big case, clean and crisp original dial. Not a blemish of note on the case, dial or glass and fitted to an original Omega strap and buckle. Not to mention in excellent working order.
This is a 30t2sc rare movement with a contract case under licence to omega from General Watch Case company.
35mm gold plated case with big prominent lugs. Champagne coloured dial with gold hour markers and hands. Later generic crown. Snap on case back.
Fitted to a brown leather Omega signed strap with Omega buckle.
Having passed through our workshop this watch is in fine working order throughout.
Condition wise we think this is as good as it gets for later 40's watch. Note a mark or blemish of note. Strap appears almost new.
A finer example of a vintage Omega from the 40's would be hard to find!
