Description
A striking pair of Art Deco onyx and diamond drop earrings, circa 1920. Each earring features a pear-shaped old-cut diamond drop framed by a contrasting onyx surround, suspended from a diamond-set bar and cluster surmount, also bordered with onyx. The geometric design and bold contrast between the black onyx and sparkling diamonds are characteristic of the Art Deco period. Set with approximately 0.90 carats of diamonds in total, graded I–L colour and SI clarity.
The earrings measure 3.6cm in length.
They weigh 3.4 grams in total.
