An elegantly structured Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring, believed to have been made in France around the 1930s, and set in platinum over 14 carat gold.
At its centre is a brilliant old European cut diamond, flanked by two richly saturated French cut sapphires. Millegrain edges, an engraved shoulder design, and a rectangular setting reflect the simple elegance of French Deco design. A pierced gallery allows light to shine through the stones.
