An Exceptional Early By Tiffany & Co. Patent Vanity Compact 1915-1925. The compact is crafted in sterling silver with applied 14ct yellow gold panels and has a registered Tiffany & Co patent. The elegant rectangular compact exemplifies early Art Deco design with crisp linear geometry and beautifully proportioned gold striping to the exterior. The interior s finely gilded and retains a mirror alongside a cleverly engineered sliding internal compartment. reflection Tiffany’s renowned technical innovation as much as its aesthetic excellence. Stamped “Tiffany & Co.” , 14K on sterling and Patent No.722. This dates this piece cira 1915-1925.
