Description
A Victorian 18ct gold Gothic cross pendant, dating to circa 1860, featuring engraved star details and four glazed compartments containing strands of hair, a sentimental keepsake of the period. Each compartment is inscribed on the reverse with an initial: “A”, “N”, “T” and “J”.
The cross measures 5.5 × 4.1cm, including the integral loop but excluding the larger suspension loop.
