An elegant pair of early Victorian rock crystal drop earrings, circa 1840, each composed of three beautifully faceted rock crystals set in silver. A circular-cut rock crystal suspends a smaller pear-shaped stone, terminating in a larger pear-shaped drop, creating a graceful graduated design with wonderful movement and sparkle. Fitted with 18ct gold shepherd’s hooks.
The earrings measure 4cm long x 1.8cm at the widest point.
