Description
A vintage mariner link necklace in sterling silver, made from oval links each crossed by a central bar, the classic anchor-chain pattern. The links are smooth and polished and lie neatly against one another, so the chain has a clean, nautical line and a satisfying weight in the hand. At 8mm wide it has presence without looking heavy.
It measures 17.5" and fastens with a lobster claw clasp, so it sits comfortably at the collarbone and is easy to put on and take off. Fully hallmarked in Birmingham, it is a well-made, hard-wearing chain that suits everyday wear, alone or with a pendant. Authenticated by us.
