A Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring set in 18ct Rose Gold & Platinum tipped (tested), centrally ten claw-set with a fine cushion-cut Natural Dark Blue Sapphire (with a slight heat treatment) of 1.10 carats, surrounded by ten claw-set old-cut Diamonds of 1.44 carats in total. Each shoulder contains one further Old Cut Diamond.
