Description
Chinese famille-rose reticulated dish, Qianlong (1736-95), of moulded form with scalloped rim and openwork design, decorated to the centre in overglaze polychrome enamels with floral sprays and foliage within a gilt spearhead lambrequin border, the rim with small quatrefoil flowerheads corresponding with the reticulated basket design and an outer band of flowers and plants including bamboo and lotus.
Condition: Good; one small flake to body, tiny frits to rim, tiny frit to underside.
