Chinese famille verte octagonal tazza, Kangxi (1662-1722) decorated to the centre with chrysanthemum and insects contained within an iron-red ruyi head border with a green, black and red line above, the rim with four cartouches containing birds and insects amongst flowers against a floral diaper with chrysanthemum heads, the foot similarly decorated, condition: parts of rim with areas of restoration where the glaze has worn
