Pair of Chinese miniature cloisonné vases, 19th century, of cylindrical ‘lantern’ form, decorated to the main mid-section with an interlocking wire design and birds and butterflies in flight amongst flowers below a scalloped band in dark blue, the waisted neck and foot with further insects and florets, all against a turquoise-blue ground.
Height: 9cm. (3 1/2in.)
Condition: Some slight loss of enamel to the base
