A Victorian diamond pinwheel cluster brooch, with a central cluster of old-cut diamonds, in cut down settings, with scrolling rays, each with three grain set diamonds, terminating with old-cut diamonds, in rub over settings, mounted in silver-upon-gold, with a dropping loop, for a pendant fitting and a removable pin, circa 1890.
