A Victorian 9ct gold Albert chain, circa 1890–1900, featuring classic curb links and three additional links beside the T-bar for attaching a fob or charm. The dog clip is marked 9 and 375, with maker’s mark JM, while the bolt ring is marked 9c. The T-bar bears a 9 375 mark, the Birmingham assay office anchor and the maker’s mark JM. Each link is stamped 9 and 375.
The chain measures 40.5cm in length, with links 5mm wide.
