Description
An antique diamond and silver-upon-gold, en-tremblant, flower spray brooch, of a tied bouquet design, with a trembling flower in the centre, flanked by flower buds and seed heads with leaves and stems, tied with a diamond set band, set with old-cut diamonds, the stems are set with rose-cut diamonds, in cut down and grain settings, mounted in silver-upon-gold, circa 1880, with a pin and a later trombone safety catch. In a maroon leather fitted case. Estimated total diamond weight 12.50 carats.
