A very fine 18 Carat Yellow Gold (marked 750), Cabochon Cut, Lapis Lazuli Signet Ring. With three small Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds set to each shoulder (in a triangular design). The six Diamonds have been assessed in their mounts as approximately 0.30 Carats (total), of H - I, Colour and VS - SI Clarity.
