Pair of Chinese blue and white saucers, Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated in the centre with a basket of flowers with a precious object, encircled by concentric narrow bands, the rim with fruiting and floral sprays interspersed by insects, apocryphal Chenghua mark to the base, diameter: 4 ⅝ in. (11.7 cm.); condition: good, minor firing spots. Provenance: From the Morpugo Collection.
